1. Promoter and Acceptance of Terms
This website and competition are operated by Sarah Haran Accessories. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Sarah Haran Accessories. Sarah Haran Accessories offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By entering this competition, you agree to be bound by these Competition Terms and Conditions, together with any applicable Terms of Service and policies referenced on this website. These terms apply to all users of the site, including without limitation browsers, customers and entrants.
2. Eligibility
The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom. Employees of Sarah Haran Accessories, their immediate families, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. Competition Period
The competition opens on the date of announcement and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 31 May 2026. And then runs every month from first day of the month until further notice with the winner drawn at 23:59 (UK time) on the last day of each month. Entries received after this time will not be counted for that month. Entries valid for month of entry only. There will be one prize per month only.
4. How to Enter
Entry mechanics will be outlined in the competition announcement, which may be communicated via the website, email, or social media channels. Only entries that comply with the stated requirements will be valid.
By entering the competition, you agree to receive marketing communications from Sarah Haran Accessories. You may unsubscribe from these communications at any time using the link provided in any marketing email.
5. Prize
The prize consists of one bag from Sarah Haran and up to three accessories, with a maximum total retail value of £1,000 GBP.
The exact items included in the prize will be determined by Sarah Haran Accessories. We reserve the right to substitute or alter the prize, or any part of it, with an alternative of equal or greater value where necessary.
The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries after the closing date. The winner will be notified using the contact details provided at entry.
If the winner does not respond within a reasonable period, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Delivery
Delivery of the prize is included and will be made to a UK address only. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues outside of our control.
8. Publicity
By entering the competition, you agree that we may announce the winner's name publicly. The winner may be invited to share photographs or content featuring the prize, and we may use such content for promotional purposes across our website, social media, and marketing channels.
9. Data Protection
Any personal data provided will be used for the administration of the competition and for marketing purposes, in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our privacy policy.
10. General
